Nowadays many people do their work repetitively. Without any purpose. Every day is the same.


Not only the work they do in their jobs.


But most of the activities they do throughout the day. Even while eating, their eyes are glued to what they see on those small glass screens.


Moreover.


Even though everyday looks almost the same, it’s bringing the baseline down very slowly. So they start feeling that the same things don’t bring the equal amount of satisfaction but much less with time.


And it’s like riding a downward spiral.


Countless people will suggest you drink their super-duper high-energy low-caffeine superfoods vegan shake from the outer planet of the star system Proxima Centauri.


... On the other hand, you can find ads shouting at you to buy their product, which will change your life within the next 3 days… You only have to pay a couple of hundred dollars for it.



The Underestimated Power of This Tiny Detail…



But all of those things won’t work properly.


You know why?


Because they are EXTERNAL factors. 


And they can only influence you partially. The same as you can affect things around you only to some extent. 


Instead, control the controllable. Your inner world, which is truly yours. 


The outer one is just a reflection of what you hold inside. And if you focus on your internal world, you will start feeling joy much more often. And much more intense


And soooo…. How to apply it then? 


It’s really. 


Super. 


Simple. 



This Simple, Yet Powerful Change Will Boost Everything You Do…



Make most of your day filled with rituals.


Just add the big spoon of awareness to every activity. Take your time. Inhale and exhale slowly to relax. Put off all the other distractors. Maybe it's the proper time to try out the airplane mode for your phone?


Then, get some pinch of gratitude after completing it.


... But what does that mean?


Well, for sure you had that moment in your life where you felt absolutely delightful and thankful for what you had experienced. It might be something as small as the gift for your birthday.


... Or the smile from the stranger.


... Or your favorite meal prepared by your grandma.


So bring this memory to you. Make it alive again. And now focus on that feeling that has arisen in you.


And yes, now you have discovered the gratitude!


Remember that feeling. And use it as much as you need.
